Our offer is not aimed at private consumers, but at professional/business users such as doctors, law firms, public bodies, self-employed persons, companies and associations.

Thax Software takes the protection of your personal data, privacy and other confidential information received very seriously. We treat this data confidentially and in accordance with the legal data protection regulations as well as our other statements made below.

Because we take your privacy very seriously, this website does not use web analytics or cookies. Your website visit is not tracked or analyzed by us, with the exception of clicking on links in the newsletter.

Any transmission of your personal, business or other data (e.g. contact data) and other information is voluntary. We store data and communication (e.g. e-mails, inquiries via the contact form, conversation notes) electronically and take precautions for their protection as well as against unauthorized use. Your data stored by us may be supplemented by us with publicly available data from your website (e.g. additions to contact data, categorization into an industry).

All this data and information will be used by us – including our external sales representatives – exclusively within the framework of the business relationship with you, if necessary also to the required extent for the personalization of goods / licenses via suppliers, for the delivery of supplies via delivery services as well as to inform you about news from our company (e.g. newsletter, if you have declared your consent); by transmitting your data to us, you consent to this use, including, if applicable, disclosure to the above-mentioned third parties for the above-mentioned purposes. Any other use or disclosure to other third parties is excluded without your express consent, except where there is a legal obligation to disclose.

With proof of your identity, you have the right to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and use and can request corrections, restrictions on use or, unless other legal provisions conflict (e.g. tax law), the deletion of your data.

Findentity Mobile Dictate is a free extension of the Findentity Dictate desktop software.

The IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity = device number) and the BSSID (Basic Service Set Identifier, used to uniquely identify a WLAN access point in a wireless network) are recorded for device identification in the desktop software and for activation.

The user can pass these numbers to his Findentity Dictate desktop software by himself (in this case no data will be transmitted to the manufacturer) or to Thax Software as the manufacturer to perform the free activation of unlimited usage. Thax Software guarantees that there is no other use than for the purpose of program or app use.

The legal basis for our processing of personal data is in particular the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which applies directly, here again in particular Art. 6 para. 1 a-c.

For all questions on the subject of personal data, data storage, data use and data protection in our company, you can contact us using the contact details provided in the imprint.
